Product Overview
EKM1S-2P is an ultra-compact vibration motor with a washable all-stainless-steel body designed to prevent material buildup and blockages in small containers and chutes.
At just 110 mm in length and 1.8 kg in weight, it is the smallest model in the series and can be easily installed using two M6 bolts.
The 2P Series is widely used to prevent material buildup and bridging in powder handling containers and as a vibration source for filling tables.
Its totally enclosed, drip-proof construction allows installation in virtually any orientation while providing excellent durability and low maintenance.

In addition to its all-stainless-steel construction, the vibration motor features an IP66-equivalent protection rating, allowing it to withstand washdown cleaning and making it suitable for sanitary applications.
What is the IP (Ingress Protection) Code?
The IP Code is an international classification system that indicates the degree of protection provided by an enclosure against the ingress of dust, water, and other foreign matter.
Protection ratings are defined by IEC and JIS standards.
IP ratings are expressed as “IP” followed by two digits.
First numeral (6): Dust-tight protection against the ingress of solid foreign objects.
Second numeral (6): Protection against powerful water jets from any direction.
Provision for Safety Wire Installation
To help prevent the vibration motor from falling in the unlikely event of mounting bolt loosening or failure, an optional safety wire is available.
