Hard Shaft

Product Overview

The hand-held hard shaft vibrator is a compact yet powerful concrete vibrator with the vibrator head directly connected to the motor. Suitable for a wide range of applications, including precast concrete manufacturing, stone masonry, and concrete test specimen production. Available in a wide range of models, with vibrator head diameters of 23, 25, 28, and 32 mm and multiple vibrator head lengths to meet diverse application needs. Equipped with a robust double-insulated universal motor housed in a durable aluminum die-cast casing, this vibrator offers excellent reliability, lightweight handling, and easy operation. Its extensive lineup and versatile design make it suitable for a wide variety of concrete consolidation applications.

Key Features

Lightweight and Easy to Operate

With a standard weight of approximately 5 kg, the portable vibrator series is lightweight, easy to handle, and ideal for efficient operation. With a variety of lengths and diameters available, the ideal model can be selected for each application, ensuring excellent work efficiency and versatility.

Durable Aluminum Die-cast Motor Housing

The E motor features a lightweight, high-strength aluminum die-cast housing.

Easy Vibrator Head Replacement

The vibrator head can be replaced quickly and easily when worn, reducing maintenance time and keeping downtime to a minimum. Replacing the vibrator head is easy. Simply remove the 4 bolts that secure the vibration head assembly to the motor.

Wide Range of Models

The hard shaft type is available in a variety of vibrator head diameters and lengths, allowing users to select the optimal model based on concrete placement conditions, formwork size and depth, reinforcement density, and concrete properties. The vibrator head diameters are available in 23 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, and 32 mm, with multiple length options to suit a wide range of applications.

Double-Insulated Design – No Grounding Required

Hand-held vibrator series features a robust aluminum die-cast motor housing with a double-insulated design, eliminating the need for grounding and ensuring safe, user-friendly operation. Double insulation is provided by resin insulation between the armature shaft and winding core, and between the motor housing and field core. Resin-covered internal lead wires further enhance electrical safety.

Easy-to-Clean Design

In concrete and mortar applications, buildup around the motor can obstruct air intake and exhaust openings, and removing hardened material can be labor-intensive. The air intake cover and bearing case are coated with fluoropolymer resin, preventing concrete and mortar from adhering and making cleaning and maintenance easier.

High-Performance Anti-Vibration Rubber

Application-specific anti-vibration rubber provides excellent vibration damping for improved comfort and ease of use.

Double Anti-Vibration Handle Design

The E motor features a double anti-vibration design using 4 compact anti-vibration rubber between the handle and motor frame to reduce vibration transmission and improve operator comfort.

Reduced Motor Exhaust Noise

Hand-held vibrator series is designed to reduce motor noise during operation, helping create a quieter and more comfortable work environment. To minimize exhaust noise from the high-speed universal motor, the cooling fins and exhaust outlet have been specially designed for quieter operation, achieving a noise reduction of up to 5 dB compared with our previous models.

Dust Filter on Motor Air Intake

Designed for harsh construction environments, the hand-held vibrator features a dual-filter air intake system that helps prevent dust and concrete particles from entering the motor, improving durability and reliability. The dual-filter system helps prevent dust, sand, small stones, and concrete particles from entering the motor, reducing the risk of motor lock-up and improving the reliability and service life of the concrete vibrator.

Safety Cut-Off Carbon Brushes

The motor is equipped with safety cut-off carbon brushes that help prevent motor burnout, improving reliability, reducing maintenance, and extending motor service life. Safety cut-off carbon brushes automatically disconnect power before the wear limit is reached, helping prevent commutator damage, motor burnout, and costly downtime while extending motor life and reliability.
