Hand-Held Vibrator Surfacer (External)Pickup
Product Overview
The hand-held external vibrator is a compact yet powerful concrete vibrator with the vibrator head directly connected to the motor.
Ideal for a wide range of applications, including precast concrete manufacturing, stone masonry, and concrete test specimen production.
The durable double-insulated motor and rugged aluminum die-cast housing provide reliable performance, while the lightweight 5 kg design ensures easy handling.
Key Features
Excellent Surface Finishing Performance
The aluminum die-cast vibrator head combines lightweight construction with excellent durability. Its compact design and excellent maneuverability make surface finishing of concrete columns and walls easy, even in challenging jobsite conditions.
Improved Work Efficiency with Dedicated Holder
The dedicated holder expands the effective vibration range, improving efficiency and reducing working time. (KC holder sold separately.)
Durable Aluminum Die-cast Motor Housing
The E motor features a lightweight, high-strength aluminum die-cast housing.
Easy Vibrator Head Replacement
The vibrator head can be replaced quickly and easily when worn, reducing maintenance time and keeping downtime to a minimum.
Replacing the vibrator head is easy. Simply remove the 4 bolts that secure the vibrator head assembly to the motor.
Double-Insulated Design – No Grounding Required
Double insulation is provided by resin insulation between the armature shaft and winding core, and between the motor housing and field core. Resin-covered internal lead wires further enhance electrical safety.
Easy-to-Clean Design
The air intake cover and bearing case are coated with fluoropolymer resin, preventing concrete and mortar from adhering and making cleaning and maintenance easier.
Reduced Vibration Exposure for Operators
Anti-vibration rubber between the handle and motor housing reduces vibration transmission, helping improve operator comfort.
Dust Filter on Motor Air Intake
The dual-filter design provides excellent dust protection, preventing mortar from entering the motor, while the redesigned air outlet helps reduce operating noise.
Safety Cut-Off Carbon Brushes
The cut-off brush helps prevent armature damage caused by brush wear.
