High-Frequency Vibrator Long Shaft
Product Overview
The long shaft vibrator delivers powerful vibration transmission to remove entrapped air from freshly poured concrete, increasing density and promoting uniform aggregate distribution for stronger, higher-quality concrete structures. Equipped with a lightweight extension pipe, the vibrator can be used in narrow spaces without the hose getting caught between reinforcing bars.

Reduced Hand-Transmitted Vibration

Smooth Insertion Without Catching on Reinforcing Bars
Unlike conventional vibrators, the long shaft allows angled insertion thanks to its fixed vibrator head design. The combination of a pipe and anti-vibration rubber assembly prevents the hose from getting caught between reinforcing bars, enabling smooth operation in densely reinforced areas.
Precise Insertion Exactly Where Needed
During concrete placement in walls, beams, and columns, the lightweight extension pipe enables precise insertion, even in narrow spaces.
Allows Angled Insertion
The concrete vibrator can be inserted at an angle to follow inclined surfaces, helping achieve a smoother and more uniform concrete finish.
Fin Head for Superior Vibration Transmission
The six-fin design minimizes energy loss caused by slippage, enabling more efficient vibration transmission than conventional round types. The improved tip shape also helps reduce concrete scattering during placement.
Newly Designed Plug
To reduce the risk of motor burnout caused by poor contact at the plug connection, a newly developed plug equipped with a Super Tough Pin has been adopted. The Super Tough Pin maintains its elasticity semi-permanently, preventing poor contact at the plug connection.
