Product Overview
The round head is designed to deliver powerful vibration for concrete consolidation, helping remove trapped air, increase concrete density, and ensure uniform aggregate distribution for stronger, higher-quality concrete.

Round Head with Proven Vibration Transmission
The round head minimizes concrete splashing during insertion and withdrawal while delivering effective concrete consolidation. Its specially engineered tip geometry ensures a cleaner finish and improved concrete quality after vibrator removal.
Eco-Friendly Product
HBM Series features an eco-friendly cabtyre cable made from environmentally responsible materials. Compared with our previous models, the cable is approximately 10% lighter, improving handling and ease of use.
* Environmentally friendly materials refer to materials that do not contain halogen elements such as chlorine, which can generate harmful substances during incineration or landfill disposal, or lead components that may pose risks to the human body. They also include materials that are easy to recycle.
Easy Maintenance
VA type features a design in which the rotor and shaft are separate components, improving the maintainability of the vibrating unit. The rotor and shaft can be disassembled without removing the bearings, ensuring superior maintainability. Furthermore, the bearings utilize a proven long-life grease-filled design, helping to minimize maintenance while ensuring reliable long-term operation.
Newly Designed Plug
To reduce the risk of motor burnout caused by poor contact at the plug connection, a newly developed plug equipped with a Super Tough Pin has been adopted. The Super Tough Pin maintains its elasticity semi-permanently, preventing poor contact at the plug connection.
Stable Vibration Performance
HBM is equipped with a high-output three-phase AC motor that delivers smooth rotation and reliable performance. Unlike single-phase motors, which can suffer from uneven rotation and lower output, the three-phase motor provides powerful and stable vibration for consistent results.
Improved Durability
The tip and vibrator head are made of highly wear-resistant materials, delivering exceptional durability, reduced wear, and longer service life in demanding concrete vibration applications.
Reduced Hand-Transmitted Vibration
The vibration balance of HBM series has been optimized to minimize vibration transmitted to the operator. In addition, the newly designed hose absorbs part of the vibration, further reducing hand-transmitted vibration.
