Concrete Cutter Walk-Behind Concrete Cutter
Product Overview
EXEN walk-behind concrete cutters prioritize cutting performance, durability, rust resistance, and safety.
ERC12CC chassis incorporates newly designed sheet metal components. The chassis of the ERC12E to ERC14C models is made of ductile cast iron and undergoes high-precision machining to achieve high rigidity and a lower center of gravity. This design provides stable handling and excellent cutting performance.
With particular attention to operator safety, the design fully incorporates the safety requirements for road construction machinery specified by JIS standards, making them highly safe concrete cutters for on-site operation.
Key Features
Engineered for Road Construction Applications
Engineered with a safety-focused design that reflects the requirements of JIS safety standards for road construction machinery, this Concrete Cutter ensures a high level of safety for operators.
Delivers Excellent Cutting Performance
For the chassis—the most critical component supporting the machine—we have adopted newly designed sheet metal parts (12CC type) and ductile cast iron (12E and 14C types). Through high-precision machining, we have achieved high rigidity and a low center of gravity, resulting in stable handling and excellent cutting performance.
Environmentally Friendly Engine
Environmentally Friendly Engine Compliant with Voluntary Emission Regulations
Designed for Enhanced Durability and Corrosion Resistance
The stainless steel (SUS) blade case offers superior corrosion resistance, ensuring outstanding durability and long service life.
E.g. ERC14C is compatible with 14-inch case.
Large-Capacity Water Tank with Punch Plate
Equipped with one of the largest-capacity polyethylene water tanks in its class, this feature offers outstanding durability and freedom from rust. The large onboard tank enables extended cutting operations without the need to keep an external water hose connected.
Features a 3VX belt
The cogged 3V belt minimizes belt wear and power loss.
Easy blade installation
The blade case features a quick-mount design, allowing for easy blade installation and removal (except for the ERC12CC). The ERC12CC is equipped with an opening blade case. All models use a standard 27 mm arbor diameter for diamond blades.
"
The number listed in the concrete cutter model indicates the maximum diamond blade size that can be installed. Example: ERC12CC accommodates blades up to 12 inches in diameter.

Enhanced Cooling Efficiency with Centrifugal Water Distribution
The blade clamping mechanism employs a centrifugal radial cooling system, in which cooling water is distributed throughout the entire blade by centrifugal force. This design improves cooling efficiency while enhancing cutting performance and extending blade life.
Equipped with a standard engine throttle lever
A standard throttle lever allows the operator to adjust engine speed easily from the operating position (except for the ERC12CC).
Screw-Type Height-Adjustable Handle
A screw-type design is employed to prevent blade damage caused by sudden cutting depth changes, ensuring safe and precise operation.
Guided Arm Equipped
A guide arm is provided as standard equipment to improve visibility of the cutting line and enhance cutting accuracy. The guide bar can be positioned as needed for optimum operation (except for the ERC12CC).
Foldable and Telescopic handles for convenient transport
