High-Frequency Vibrator Compact Head

Product Overview

Compact Head Vibrator is an internal concrete vibrator specially designed for concrete slab placement.

Traditionally, standard concrete vibrators have been used for concrete placement in columns, walls, and slabs. However, concrete slab placement often requires frequent movement across large work areas, where a lighter vibrator helps reduce operator fatigue and improve productivity.

Featuring a comfortable 33 mm hose diameter and a newly developed internal structure, the vibrator head has been shortened to approximately 240 mm, significantly shorter than conventional models. This compact design provides excellent maneuverability and ease of operation.

Compact Head Vibrator is suitable not only for concrete slab placement and precast concrete production but also for tunnel construction and other applications where access is limited. Its lightweight, compact form improves workability across a wide variety of concrete placement environments. (Patent Pending)

* Compatible with existing high-frequency inverters and generators.

Key Features

Rubber Head Design

A key feature of Compact Head Vibrator is its rubber-tipped vibrator head. During concrete placement, the rubber head helps reduce noise when the concrete vibrator comes into contact with formwork or reinforcing bars (rebar). It also helps protect formwork surfaces and prevents damage to surrounding materials, such as tiles and other finished components.

Concrete Vibrator for Concrete Slab Placement

The lightweight and compact vibrator head provides excellent maneuverability, making the concrete vibrator easy to operate even in confined spaces and challenging jobsite conditions. The standard 1.5 m hose length allows a single operator to control the vibrator and perform concrete placement efficiently.

Ideal for Precast Concrete Applications

Compact Head Vibrator is ideal for precast concrete production as well as slab concrete placement. Its lightweight, compact vibrator head enables efficient concrete placement in precast panels and other concrete products, even where access is limited. CSV-R model's rubber-tipped head reduces noise, protects formwork surfaces, and helps prevent damage to tiled and finished concrete products.

Ideal for Tunnel Secondary Lining Applications

Compact Head Vibrator is well suited for tunnel secondary lining concrete placement, where access openings are often limited. Unlike conventional concrete vibrators with longer vibrator heads, its compact 240 mm vibrator head can be inserted into narrow openings, allowing efficient concrete consolidation in confined spaces. A standard hose length of 1.5 m is provided, while custom lengths are available to meet specific project requirements.

Helps Extend Motor Service Life

The motor is cooled by the surrounding concrete during operation. Thanks to the compact vibrator head design, the entire vibrator head can be fully immersed in the concrete, enhancing cooling performance and contributing to longer motor life.

Eco-Friendly Product

HBM Series features an eco-friendly heavy-duty flexible cable made from environmentally responsible materials. Compared with our previous models, the cable is approximately 10% lighter, improving handling and ease of use.

* Environmentally friendly materials refer to materials that do not contain halogen elements such as chlorine, which can generate harmful substances during incineration or landfill disposal, or lead components that may pose risks to the human body. They also include materials that are easy to recycle.

Easy Maintenance

The integrated rotor and shaft design simplifies maintenance. In addition, grease-filled bearings eliminate the need for lubrication oil management and oil seal maintenance, reducing service requirements and operating costs.

Newly Designed Plug

To reduce the risk of motor burnout caused by poor contact at the plug connection, a newly developed plug equipped with a Super Tough Pin has been adopted. The Super Tough Pin maintains its elasticity semi-permanently, preventing poor contact at the plug connection.

Reduced Hand-Transmitted Vibration

The vibration balance of CSV has been optimized to minimize vibration transmitted to the operator. In addition, the newly designed hose absorbs part of the vibration, further reducing hand-transmitted vibration.
