When securing the knocker using the supplied bolts, spring washers, and HARDLOCK® nuts, always tighten the fasteners according to the specified torque values. Insufficient tightening torque may cause the nuts to loosen due to the impact generated during operation.

Notes:
M6 values are specified for double-nut installation (RKV20P only).
M8–M20 values are specified for use with HARDLOCK® nuts (all models except RKV21P).
To prevent accidental falling, suspend and secure the unit using the supplied safety wire and shackle. In addition, be sure to secure the threaded portion of the shackle with safety wire or a similar locking method to prevent loosening.

When the supplied base assembly is not used, ensure that the dimensions between the installation target and the mounting base conform to the specified requirements.
