Features

Piston vibrator EPV series is a pneumatic vibrator that produces a stable vibration by vertical operation of piston. This is used mainly for prevention of blockage or filling of powder in hopper, tank, or piping chute, and for vibrating source of table vibrator, vibration conveying machine, and vibrating sorting machine. *Use a normally closed three-way valve for control of activation and stop.


Piston vibrator operating principle

1. Uses AG43 (normally closed type) solenoid valve.Air is supplied to the piston vibrator by energizing.
2. Intake air A pushes the piston down to the spring side, and then when piston reache the exhaust postion, inside air is exhasued.
    At the same time, intake air B is performed.
3. Air entered from Intake B pushes piston up to upward.
    When piston reaches the exsaust positon, inside air is exhasut and intakes A is performed at the same time.

Simple Installation

The piston vibrator can be installed with one bolt, and can be installed to a place where vibration is required.
Also, it can be installed in any direction of 360 degrees.

Stepless regulation of frequency by changing air pressure.

The frequency and vibration force can be changed by adjusting the air pressure.

The internal piston part is subjected to wear resistance treatment by EXEN's original special technology.

(Caution 1) Oil-free refers to general service air that contains almost no oil.
(Caution 2) Use with oil-free air that contains almost no oil or water may shorten the product life. Avoid using in complete dry air.

It is not waterproof because it has an exhaust port, but the main body excluding the exhaust silencer is waterproof.
For use in watery sites such as food factories, extend the exhaust silencer and install it downward.
