CA1 type is a control panel for the manual pneumatic vibrator, which provides easy operation for the pneumatic vibrator and ball vibrator, and piston vibrator. Preparing only air tube and pressure air allows quick operation. (Accessories: pressure gauge, regulator, three-way valve)
This product is operated by preparing only the pressure air without power supply, which supports any worksite where manual operation can be performed. Also, readily availability facilitates the operation under simplified installation.
Push One Connector is adopted as a joint between air supply and vibrator, which eases the preparation for operation by the piping work of just inserting 8 x 6 tube without using a tool. (The oiler is required to be installed to the ball vibrator)
The control panel is equipped with the pressure gauge and the regulator for pressure control that allows vibrating force and vibration frequency to be adjusted freely by controlling the air pressure. Select the vibration force depending on the object to be installed.
The product allows the vibrator to be actuated just by operating the three-way valve, and is suitable for use in simplified installation as well as worksites. Furthermore, the exhaust via three-way valve eases the anxiety of residual air and also provides smooth actuation.
The product can be easily mounted just by fixing it with screws through the mounting holes of the main body. Use the product mounted on the wall or the stay.
The product, operable only by air pressure and copper alloy three-way valve, can be used safely in explosion-proof areas.
The exhaust port of three-way valve is equipped with the pipe elbow. If the exhaust position is placed outdoors or to a distance, mount the muffler to the product before use to reduce the extended length of exhaust tube, exhaust sound, and mist. Piping part is optional.
