This pneumatic piston vibrator has been used for many years as a formwork vibrator for concrete placement at tunnel sites because of its robust structure and explosion-proof specifications. It has also been used for many years to prevent blockage of measuring instrument hoppers in secondary concrete product factories and ready-mixed concrete factories.
The simple structure with the air supply hose joint attached to the robust ductile cast iron body is strong against external impact. In addition, the body without a valve structure can withstand use at civil engineering sites and ready-mixed concrete factories.
The dedicated mounting holder for this vibrator is available as an option. This vibrator can also be used in combination with a dedicated holder according to the requirements of the site.
The simple structure with few components enables stable use with few failures.
For the air valve, it is recommended to use a solenoid valve or an air operated valve that sends air quickly. Please pipe the distance from the lubricator to the vibrator within 5m. If the piping is too long, lubricant will not be supplied to the main body, which may cause malfunction due to insufficient lubrication.
Adjust the exciting force by adjusting the pneumatic pressure with the pressure reducing valve. This enables operation according to the configuration and weight of the object to be mounted.
This series has holes for attaching fall protection wires. Wires are recommended for safety. (Wire is optional)
