Product Overview
We have introduced an innovative Interchangeable High-Frequency Vibrator that can be separated into three assemblies, whereas conventional models were built as a single integral unit.
This interchangeable structure reduces the time required for inspection, disassembly, and repair to approximately one-seventh of that required for conventional models. It also improves safety by allowing the unit to be disassembled without the use of special tools such as heaters or torches.
In addition, we offer a dedicated inspection kit designed specifically for the interchangeable vibrator, enabling quick and easy inspections by virtually anyone. As a result, the time required from inspection to replacement decisions is significantly reduced, making it easier to estimate parts replacement costs when equipment is returned for service.
Furthermore, in the event of a failure, only the defective assembly needs to be replaced. Functional assemblies can continue to be used, reducing waste and contributing to sustainability.

From Integral Design to Modular Design
Conventional model required considerable time and effort to identify faulty components, as well as to disassemble and repair the unit.
To address this challenge, we have adopted a newly developed interchangeable connector system that allows the vibrator to be separated into three assemblies: the vibrator head assembly, hose assembly, and switch & external cable assembly. This innovative design enables faster fault diagnosis and significantly reduces the time required for disassembly, maintenance, and repair.

Quick Fault Diagnosis
The Interchangeable Vibrator enables assembly-level diagnostics, allowing faulty components to be identified more quickly and efficiently. A dedicated inspection kit is also available, making inspections quick and easy for virtually anyone to perform.
Product Inspection
Electrical continuity can be verified simply by connecting the ICVC Continuity Tester to the vibrator.
Vibrator Head Assembly Inspection
By connecting the ICVC Conversion Cable and the ICVC Continuity Tester to the separated vibrator head assembly, both operational testing and electrical continuity checks can be performed.
Inspection of the Hose Assembly and Switch & External Cable Assembly
Electrical continuity can be verified by connecting the ICVC Short-Circuit Device to the hose assembly or switch & external cable assembly,
and then attaching the ICVC Continuity Tester to the plug of the switch & external cable assembly.

Vibrator Heads Designed for Superior Workability and Ease of Use
The Fin Head features six fin-shaped ribs that reduce vibration energy loss and deliver vibration more efficiently to the concrete. In addition, its specially designed shape helps minimize concrete splatter, providing improved workability and ease of use.
Compact Design for Easy Handling and Transport
By incorporating a pipe section between the vibrator head and hose assembly, the vibrator can be inserted precisely where needed without becoming entangled in reinforcing bars, making it ideal for narrow spaces and along inclined formwork.
In addition, the unit can be extended further by attaching a 1 m extension pipe.
The interchangeable design also allows the assemblies to be separated, making transportation, handling, and storage much easier than with conventional models.
