High-Frequency Vibrator Inverter
Product Overview
The 6 kVA high-capacity inverter is specifically designed as a power source for 48 V high-frequency concrete vibrators. The output frequency can be freely adjusted from 100 Hz to 240 Hz to suit a wide range of application requirements.
Ideal as a power source for HKM high-frequency vibration motors used in concrete placement at precast concrete factories. In addition, HBM internal vibrators can be operated at output frequencies of up to 240 Hz.
Key Features
Adjustable Output Frequency
The output frequency can be continuously adjusted from 100 Hz to 240 Hz using the control dial, allowing the vibration frequency of the High-Frequency Vibration Motor to be optimized for concrete placement applications. The output frequency is displayed on a digital indicator, allowing settings to be easily monitored and adjusted.
High-Frequency System
H260B generates a 48 V high-frequency power supply from a standard three-phase 200 V (50/60 Hz) input power source. Its high-capacity output allows multiple vibrators to be operated using the optional DB3 or DB4 Power Distribution Box.
Wireless Control System (Optional)
Combined with the optional wireless control system, the inverter allows remote ON/OFF operation and frequency selection of vibration motors during concrete placement.
Wireless Control System Options
- NS-01A: Allows free frequency adjustment and remote ON/OFF control.
- NS-02A: Enables remote ON/OFF control with up to four preset frequency settings.

Clear Error Indication for Quick Troubleshooting
The inverter is equipped with protective functions against overload, phase loss, and overheating to help ensure reliable operation. When a protection function is activated, the inverter automatically trips and the red fault indicator illuminates, with the cause of the fault shown on the digital display. The displayed error code can be cross-referenced with the troubleshooting guide to identify the cause and recommended corrective action.
