Air Vibrator Turbine Vibrator
Product Overview
Turbine vibrators provide completely oil-free operation and generate vibration simply by supplying compressed air.
The non-contact turbine design ensures low noise levels and a cleaner working environment.
Suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and precision manufacturing applications, all models feature stainless steel fittings, silencers, and covers.
The lineup includes two BTP models with resin housing and one BTS model with a SUS304 stainless steel housing.
Ideal for preventing material buildup and bridging in hoppers, chutes, and other bulk solids handling applications.
Key Features
Completely Oil-Free Operation
The high-speed turbine is supported by bearings and rotates without contacting the housing, enabling completely oil-free operation.
Lubrication oil must not be used in the compressed air supply.
Exceptionally Quiet Operation
Unlike conventional pneumatic vibrators, turbine vibrators operate without metal-to-metal contact between rotating and stationary parts.
Combined with a high-performance silencer as standard, this results in exceptionally quiet operation.
Food-Grade Materials
Food-grade materials and NSF H1-certified grease make these vibrators suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and precision manufacturing applications.
(BTP series features a polyacetal resin housing, while BTS series uses a stainless steel housing. Stainless steel is used for all external components.)
Adjustable Centrifugal Force with Air Pressure Control
The vibration frequency and centrifugal force can be easily adjusted by changing the compressed air pressure.
Air pressure can be increased or decreased to achieve the optimum vibration level for the mounted equipment, providing excellent application flexibility.
Simple Operating Principle and High Reliability
Vibration is generated by a turbine with an eccentric weight rotating at high speed inside the housing, driven by compressed air.
This simple operating principle contributes to high reliability and long service life.
Lightweight and Compact Design
BTP18 features an ultra-compact resin housing measuring just 17 mm × 32 mm and weighing only 50 g.
Its small footprint makes it ideal for installation on small hoppers and in restricted spaces.
Flexible Mounting Options
Turbine vibrators feature one tapped mounting hole on the front face and two tapped holes on the bottom of the housing.
This allows flexible installation to suit available space, mounting configurations, and vibration requirements.
Custom brackets can also be used for easy bolt-on installation and removal without welding.
Adaptable to a Wide Range of Applications
While commonly used to prevent material buildup and bridging in hoppers and chutes, turbine vibrators can also be used as drive units for vibrating tables in filling applications.
From improving material flow to reducing interruptions on production lines, their versatility opens up a wide range of application possibilities.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The housing is available in polyacetal resin or stainless steel, while stainless steel is used extensively for other key components.
This corrosion-resistant design allows long-term operation even in wet environments.
