This device instantly injects compressed air that has been stored under pressure into powders and granular materials blocked in large tanks or silos, breaking the blocked powder and granular materials with explosive force. Manually eliminating blockages in tanks and silos is dangerous and may cause personal injury. Twin Blaster replaces these dangerous tasks with the push of a button, allowing you to solve the problem safely and with peace of mind.

Operating principle of Twin blaster

1.When compressed air is supplied using a three-way valve, the mushroom valve is pushed to the exhaust port.
2.The compressed air passing through the valve pushes the piston towards the discharge port.
3.The piston is pushed to its limit and blocks the discharge port, and the compressed air is charged into the tank through the tube.
4.Charging is complete when the supply pressure equals the pressure inside the tank.
5.When the three-way valve is switched, the compressed air inside the umbrella valve and piston is exhausted, drawn to the opposite side, and the compressed air in the tank is instantly ejected from the discharge port. The same operation is performed on the opposite side.

Dual Functionality for Enhanced Blockage Removal

The device alternately blasts out air from nozzles on both sides, effectively breaking up layers in two locations, resulting in a synergistic effect. It has been used in ready-mix concrete plants, precast factories, and dam site plant silos.

Installation method

Multiple units of Twin Blaster can be remotely operated by our control panel.
When operating a single unit, it can be controlled either manually or electrically. Additionally, when handling particulate matter with a risk of dust explosion by electric operation, safe operation can be ensured by replacing the three-way solenoid valve with an explosion-proof specification.
When installing multiple blasters on the same air supply source or using them together with aeration, please be sure to individually install check valves on the air supply side before the solenoid valve to prevent mulfunction due to pressure reduction on the primary side.

Method for calculating the required air volume.


V: Required air volume
Vo: Total tank capacity of the blaster
P: Operating air pressure(MPa) → M: Operating cycle(min)
e.g.) In case of using EDB2.5-30A x 6 units at an operating pressure of 0.7 MPa, with a interval of 5 minutes.


2.2 kW compressor will be sufficient for using it.
※Please use a compressor with a discharge air volume of 200 L/min (ANR) or more (1.5 kW or higher).
In case of using a compressor with a discharge air volume of less than 200 L/min (ANR), connect a receiver tank of 10 L or more directly before the three-way solenoid valve.
