Water-resistant inverter

This power supply unit, designed specifically for high-frequency 48 V vibrators, is water-resistant at a protection grade of IP55 or equivalent. The 100 V type displays the cause of trouble when trouble occurs.

Features

Microscopic water-resistant inverters, for concrete vibrators, are protected from the ingress of water and dust even under severe operating conditions in concreting. Inverters come equipped with error display and various safety circuits to increase work efficiency and ensure safety.


Highly water-resistant

With its body case made of die-cast aluminum, this inverter is water-resistant at a protection grade of IP55 (jet protection type) or equivalent. Thus more water-resistant, the inverter can provide its jet washer to clean mortar adherents and other foreign matter after work. Moreover, the board vulnerable to water and dust can be separated from portions equipped with output outlets, operation switches, or other consumables to keep the effects on the board, which is the heart of the inverter, to a necessary minimum. For cleaning, do not lay it down or put it upside down. Do not apply a jet water stream directly to the switch packings or bottom cooling fans. Any such practice might cause trouble.

Lamp display in the case of trouble

The 100 V type of this series has as its standard equipment a display feature that uses an LED lamp to warn of any input power supply deviating from the operating range. Moreover, if the inverter stops its output when the vibrator is overloaded or short-circuited, the LED display indicates it. [The green lamp goes on] input voltage normal, [the green lamp blinks] input voltage warning, [the red lamp blinks] input voltage error, [the red lamp goes on] output overload or something similar, resulting in output stoppage.

An overvoltage protection circuit to protect the inverter from damage

These inverters incorporate an overvoltage protection circuit to shut down the switch, thereby protecting the inverter from damage, when its input supply voltage becomes abnormally high.


Equipped with an earth-leakage breaker

An earth-leakage breaker is incorporated to detect earth leakage occurring between the inverter and vibrator and shut down the switch, thereby protecting the worker.


Overload/short-circuit protection to prevent inverter damage

An overload/short-circuit protection circuit is incorporated to stop output in order to protect the inverter from damage in the case of an inverter overload exceeding the output capacity of the inverter or an output short-circuit.


Output frequency adjustable, with digital display for checking as well (for HC230B only)

Frequency adjustment, which used to be performed by a volume control turn slider alone, is now aided by digital display. This enables speedy, reliable adjustment.


Easy product management

Up to three inverters can be piled on top of another for storage, to reduce storage footprint. For piling up, the inverters are each equipped with a metal lock at the bottom to ensure that they are firmly fixed.
