Air Operation Controller (AOC-1B) is the simplest control panel for Air Knocker, requiring no electrical wiring or electric timer. Using pneumatic control alone, it enables ON/OFF operation and adjustment of impact frequency with ease.

Air Operation Controller (AOC-1B) enables Air Knocker operation using only a compressed air supply. Continuous operation can be achieved by simply actuating the manual valve once, with no electrical timer required.
Simplest Control Panel
Air Operation Controller (AOC-1B) provides an economical and easy-to-use solution for operating Air Knockers in locations where electrical power is unavailable or wiring installation is impractical. Operating solely on compressed air, it enables continuous Air Knocker operation through simple manual control, eliminating the need for electrical timers or power supplies.
Easy Interval Adjustment
The operating interval can be adjusted easily using the frequency adjustment knob while the knocker is running. Real-time adjustment allows the operating cycle to be fine-tuned by monitoring the knocking sound during operation.
Controls Up to 3 Knockers
A single Air Operation Controller (AOC-1B) can control up to three knockers when configured with relay piping. For applications requiring multiple knockers on a single hopper, one controller can be used to manage all units, reducing overall system costs.
Adding a solenoid valve (AG43-02-4-02G) to the air supply side of the AOC-1B enables automatic control of the relay knocker system.
Indoor & Outdoor Safety Design
Air Operation Controller (AOC-1B) operates entirely on compressed air, allowing safe use in both indoor and outdoor environments, including dust-prone areas.
