Product Overview
The EPV Series is a pneumatic vibrator that delivers stable and reliable vibration.
Suitable for hoppers, tanks, pipes, and chutes, it helps prevent material buildup and blockages in powder handling processes. It is also widely used as a vibration source for vibrating tables, conveyors, and screening equipment.
With oil-free operation and excellent corrosion resistance, the EPV Series is ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing environments.
* For start/stop control, use a normally closed 3-way valve.
Key Features
Operating Principle of Piston Vibrator
1. When the AG43 solenoid valve (normally closed type) is energized, compressed air is supplied to the piston vibrator.
2. Air supplied through Port A drives the piston toward the spring side. At the end of its stroke, Port A exhausts and Port B is pressurized.
3. Air supplied through Port B drives the piston toward the upper cover side. At the end of its stroke, Port B exhausts and Port A is pressurized.
Single-Bolt Installation
Single-bolt mounting allows easy installation on hoppers, tanks, chutes, vibrating feeders, and other equipment for material flow improvement and blockage prevention.
The spring-return design provides a consistent stopping position, enabling unrestricted 360° mounting in any orientation.
Adjustable Vibration Frequency
Both vibration frequency and force can be adjusted by changing the air pressure.
Exceptional Durability and Wear Resistance
The internal piston components feature EXEN's proprietary wear-resistant surface treatment, ensuring outstanding durability and long service life.
A stainless-steel lower cover further improves durability in demanding operating environments.
Oil-Free Operation
EPV Series is capable of oil-free operation, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications.
For extended service life, the use of an oiler (lubricator) and oil-mist lubricated air is recommended.
Note: Do not use completely dry compressed air.
Low-Noise Operation
Equipped with an internal silencer, EPV Series provides low-noise operation for improved workplace comfort.
Low Air Consumption for Cost-Effective Operation
Low air consumption helps reduce operating costs while contributing to a more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient operation.
Suitable for Wet Environments
While the exhaust port prevents the unit from being fully waterproof, the main body is designed to withstand exposure to moisture.
For wet environments such as food processing facilities, the silencer can be extended and positioned downward to prevent direct water ingress.
Manual Control Panel
A user-friendly manual control panel for pneumatic vibrators.
Simply connect the vibrator air tubing and a compressed air supply to begin operation immediately.
Timer Control Panel for Solenoid Valves
Designed for use with solenoid valves, this timer control panel is compatible with both AC100 V and AC200 V power supplies.
Operating and stopping times can be easily adjusted to provide automatic cycling based on application requirements.
