Submersible Pump Submersible Pump

Product Overview

Powered by an HVE engine, this compact and lightweight pump offers excellent portability and versatility. The engine, flexible hose assembly, and pump can be separated into three individual components, making the unit easy to transport and store. In addition, as a submersible pump, it requires no priming before operation.

Key Features

Enhanced Durability Combines Mud-Water and Clear-Water Applications

The casing and casing plate in the pump section, which are subject to the highest levels of wear, are made from highly durable and wear-resistant materials. In addition, the use of a mechanical seal prevents muddy water from entering the shaft assembly, helping to extend bearing life.

Thanks to this improved durability, the EFP can handle both clear-water and muddy-water applications, eliminating the need for separate clear-water and muddy-water models.

Optimized Pump Performance

The newly designed 5-vane impeller replaces the conventional 3-vane design, delivering higher head and greater discharge capacity. As a result, at a flow rate of 200 L/min, the pump can operate at a head of approximately 19 m, compared with 16 m for previous models. (Compared with our HFP series, maximum head has increased by up to 19% and maximum discharge capacity by up to 42%.)

To ensure durability under these improved performance conditions, wear-resistant materials are used to minimize abrasion.

Prevents Water Backflow into the Shaft

The flexible shaft assembly features a hexagonal joint system for easy installation and removal. The pump-side coupling incorporates a holder fitting with a built-in oil seal to prevent water from backflowing into the shaft. By protecting the shaft and internal pump bearings from water ingress, this design enhances durability and extends service life.

Improving the Durability of Flexible Assemblies

To prevent shaft failure caused by excessive bending, the flexible shaft assembly is equipped with an outer liner at its midpoint.

All-New Strainer!

The strainer in previous models was made of SS400 steel, which could corrode over time and lead to damage. In the EFP series, the strainer is constructed from stainless steel, providing significantly improved corrosion resistance. The opening area has been modified to improve pumping performance.

Environmentally Friendly Materials

By replacing the glass fiber-reinforced nylon discharge pipe with an aluminum one, material separation at disposal is simplified.

Eco-Friendly Engine and High-Performance Anti-Vibration Mounts

Equipped with an environmentally friendly engine that complies with voluntary exhaust emission standards and features highly effective anti-vibration rubber mounts, the pump delivers stable and reliable operation.

Features a Stackable Frame Structure

The stackable frame design of the HVE-HS engine enables compact and space-efficient storage.
