Elimination of clogging in the equipment to perform high-temperature processing for special mixed raw material, convey it, and charge it into the product manufacturing mold.
The company N reported that clogging occurred in the equipment that processed the special mixed raw material at high temperature and transferred the material to the place where it was charged in the product manufacturing process. We observed their site and found out that the container with a high temperature of 130°C was transferred by the mobile crane and that it was very difficult to install any device.
The mobile container in question was a product with a high regard for thermal insulating property of special specification. We proposed the air knocker (RKV40PS-HRS) with heat resistance specification because of condition of installation to the mobile container. Power source is supplied from the receiver tank incorporated for opening and closing the discharge gate of the mobile container.
*Knocker with heat resistance specification is a special product designed for use at an ambient temperature of 140°C or less.
We employed the new technology, facilities, and construction method for the product, and the customer reported that it operated smoothly.
They reported that the high-temperature raw materials can be charged in smoothly.
