The portable external vibrator is a small but powerful concrete vibrator with a vibration unit directly connected to the motor. It is ideal for surface finishing of walls and pillars, concrete precasting, stone masonry work, and test piece manufacturing. The motor uses a robust aluminum die-cast double-insulated motor, and the body weight is light as approx 5 kg only. The EKCA is lightweight and easy to use, while the EKDA is powerful. It can be used according to the needs of the site.
Excellent Workability for Surface Finishing
The vibration unit is made of aluminum die-cast, designed to be lightweight and highly durable. Its compact size makes it easy to handle, allowing for effortless surface finishing work on pillars and walls, even in work sites with poor footing.
Improved Workability with Exclusive Holder
By attaching the exclusive holder to both the EKCA and EKDA, the effective vibration range is widened, reducing work time (Holder sold separately).
Robust Aluminum Die-Cast Motor Case
The motor case is made of aluminum die-cast, offering excellent durability and a lightweight design.
Easy Replacement of Vibration Unit
If the vibration unit wears out, it can be easily replaced. To replace the vibration unit, simply remove the four bolts that secure it between the motor and the rubber flange.
No Earthing Required Due to Double Insulation Structure
The double insulation structure is achieved through resin insulation between the armature shaft and winding core, and resin insulation between the motor case and field core. Additionally, an insulation cover is provided for the internal lead wires, ensuring a safer design.
Easy Cleaning of Adhered Concrete and Mortar
To facilitate the cleaning of adhered concrete and mortar, a fluororesin coating has been applied to the intake cover and the bearing case of exhaust port, making it easier to remove adhered concrete.
Reducing Vibration Burden on Operators
Anti-vibration rubber has been used at the connection points between the handle and the motor case to reduce the vibration transmitting to operators.
Adoption of Dustproof Filter for Motor Intake Port
A highly dustproof double filter has been adopted to prevent mortar from entering the casing, and the shape of exhaust port has been improved to reduce noise.
Adoption of Auto Stop Brush
To prevent damage to the armature caused by brush wear, an auto stop brush has been adopted.
Easy Maintenance
A grease cover has been provided to shorten maintenance work time, making the task easier.
