Connected directly to a motor, this external vibrator transmits powerful vibration to a wedged vibration plate, effectively defoaming and surface-finishing slope faces where it is hard to remove air bubbles. The wedged vibrator can be inserted into a single cylinder from above or below and is easy to operate. The external vibrator is best suited for surface-finishing columns, walls, and other components.
Even a light pressure by wedging effectively vibrates concrete panels, thereby producing neat surface finishes free of surface bubbles and fragile concrete.
This machine is applicable to single cylinders of both round pipe 48.6 mm in diameter and angle pipe 60 mm in diameter. They are extremely easy to use. You have only to insert them between the concrete panel and the machine.
Our unique rubber flange controls vibration from the vibrating body, thereby reducing vibration at hand.
While keeping the machine vibrating, you can move it. You can therefore easily switch between working locations, resulting in high work efficiency. Small and lightweight with a body weight of 5.3 kg, the product allows you to work easily even on poorly-conditioned ground.
Even if the wedge is damaged or worn, you have only to connect the motor joint to the hexagonal shaft of the wedge to perform easy replacement.
