A large-capacity inverter with an output of 6 kVA developed as a power supply unit designed specifically for high-frequency 48 V vibrators. Output frequency is freely adjustable in a range of 100 Hz to 240 Hz. It can be used as a power supply for high-frequency vibration motor HKM for use in concreting in secondary product factories. Also applicable here is an internal vibrator HBM with a maximum frequency of 240 Hz.
By turning the turn slider, you can adjust output frequency between 100 Hz and 240 Hz without steps. This makes the unit best suited for concreting while adjusting the frequency of the high-frequency vibration motor. Output frequency is digitally displayed. You can therefore adjust it while running a check.
H260B is an input power supply of commercial mains 3-phase 200 V (50 Hz / 60 Hz) to produce a high-frequency power with an output of 48 V. Because of its large capacity, an optional machinery switchbox DB 3 / DB 4 to run more than two vibrators.
The inverter protector comes equipped with protection against overload, open-phase, abnormal heat-up, and other trouble. When activated, the protector causes the inverter to trip (stop) and at the same time causes the abnormality indicator (red lamp) to go on, thereby identifying the cause of the trouble on the digital display. Thus, you can compare the cause of a particular anomaly with the table of actions to be taken.
