High-Frequency Vibrator High-Frequency Vibration Motor

Product Overview

It is highly effective for concrete placement in large precast concrete products such as box culverts, concrete segments, L-shaped retaining walls, and precast concrete slabs. It is also well suited for secondary lining concrete applications in tunnels, subway construction, and shield tunneling projects.

Key Features

Powerful Vibration Transmission with One-Touch Mounting

The single-bolt mounting system enables quick installation and removal while ensuring efficient vibration transmission and low-noise operation without resonance.

  1. Insert the hook portion of the vibration motor into the hook base assembly that has been secured to the formwork.
  2. Using the hook as a pivot point, lift the vibrator into position.
  3. Drop the mounting bolt into the bolt slot and tighten the flange nut with a ratchet wrench.

Fully Sealed Design

The highly sealed structure allows steam curing to be performed without removing the vibrator from the formwork. This helps prevent insulation deterioration while improving operational efficiency.

Adjustable Centrifugal Force for Low-Noise Concrete Placement

By adjusting the angle of the eccentric weights mounted on both sides of the vibrator motor, centrifugal force can be tailored to the application, enabling efficient and low-noise concrete placement.

Variable Frequency Operation with an Inverter

By using the High-Frequency Inverter Series (with variable speed control), vibration frequency can be adjusted to suit the size and shape of the formwork. The ability to independently adjust both vibration frequency and centrifugal force enables optimum vibration settings for each stage of the process, from concrete placement to finishing, while minimizing formwork resonance for quieter operation.

Interchangeable Hook Base Design

The HKM55LFA (SA) and HKM75LFA (SA) share the same mounting hook base. When it is necessary to move formwork within the factory or adjust vibration intensity, the same hook base can be used for mounting.

Wireless System (*Optional)

Leveraging its freely adjustable frequency control, the system can be configured for wireless concrete placement operation. Designed for use with the H260B High-Frequency Inverter.

* Options: All items are made-to-order and subject to additional charges.
