Piping for Air knocker and Mini mini blaster

Select normal piping or relay piping with reference to example of piping.

- When using only one line with dedicated control panel (HKE and HKA type), put plugs on other line ports.
- For dedicated control panel (HKE and HKA type), knocker can be connected to two A and B lines, but the pressure accumulation and impact force are performed by contraries.

１．Piping Example of Normal Piping

A.When using the three-way electromagnetic valve AG44 model

Note: The symbols in parentheses indicate the markings on the optional electromagnetic valve AG44 model.

B.When using the HKE or HKA model exclusive control board

HKE/HKA: Used when multiple units are automatically controlled at one time.

A and B lines undergo the impact force alternately.

C.When using the air operation controller AOC-1Ｂ model

・Automatic control can be performed by installing a solenoid valve "AG43-02-4-02G" before AOC-1B.

D.When using three-way solenoid valve "AG44" and the master valve "MV-1"

When using the master valve MV-1:
MV-1: Used if the extension tube is long

- When extending the extension tube from control panel or solenoid valve to knocker, use the master valve to prevent an operation failure or loss in impact force.
- The master valve must be used with the supply pressure set to 0.4 MPa or more, the piping length between knocker and master valve set to 1 m, and the piping length between the master valve and control panel/solenoid valve set to 50 m or less.

２．Piping Example of Relay Piping

- The relay piping is a piping method for connecting multiple knockers in series, which connects the relay tube from the air tank of knocker on three-way valve to the supply and exhaust air ports.
- For the relay piping, the maximum number of knockers to be connected is limited depending on the operation method. (See the example of piping E/F/G below) (Refer to the piping example D/E/F)
