Overview of vibration feeder Vibration feeder is used mainly for conveyance of powder, such as quantitative supply and ejection of powder. Compact feeder is a vibration transport machine that transports workpieces by causing it to spring up and repeat falling, utilizing the electric vibration motor to give a vibration to the trough. This product is suitable for application such as supply to a meter utilizing the instantaneous stop that is a feature of resonance plate spring and the inspection line where workpieces are conveyed through scattering across the whole face of trough instead of workpieces flowing with their shape like mountain kept the same belt conveyor transportation. It is also suitable for the application as a relay machine between the container and belt conveyor, which takes advantage of such a scattering characteristic. Because the conveyance capability can be adjusted by controlling the vibration frequency by the inverter, which allows the conveyance amount necessary for on-site lines to be adjusted freely.
What is a vibration table type compact feeder (inverter resonance feeder)? The conventional vibration feeder conveys workpieces with the vibration motor directly mounted to the trough. The vibration table method consists of the trough loaded on the vibration table equipped with the vibration source and shock absorber, which allows the same feeder to be used by changing different sizes (width, length, and depth) of troughs depending on various types of applications. Compact feeder is an inverter type vibration feeder that is equipped with the compact stainless resonance motor EKM1.1-2P (three phase 200V 10W) and that utilize the resonance spring.
The inverter control allows the smooth flow and capability to be brought out.

The compact feeder employs the stainless SUS304 for trough, and has workpiece contact face finished in ♯400.
With stainless vibration motor as well as stainless cover, the compact feeder is excellent in dust-proofness and sanitation.

Suitable for transportation of fine powder workpiece

The compact resonance feeder is suitable for conveyance of fine powder in chemical and food industries or small-scale transportation of small workpiece for general machinery. If a trough is made in your company, the vibration table can be sold separately.
In that case, the indispensable prerequisite is that the trough weight shall be approximately in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and the inverter shall be used.
