Features

KSE1 is designed to control an operation time and interval of Air Knocker, Direct Blaster
and Mini-mini Blaster with solenoid valve. For indoor use and protection level is IP65.

AC100V/200V input power source.
Also available with AC220V/ AC230V/DC24V or other voltage upon request (built-to-order)

LED display enables to read time easily even under gloomy site

Easy timer setting

User can set either 0.5 seconds, 1-99 seconds, 1-99 minutes and 1-99 hours easily by selecting "S", "M" or "H" of the switch panel.

Timer can be set over wide range (from 1 second to 99 hours)

Operation interval of Air Knocker/Blaster (solenoid valve OFF time) is settable in broad range (0.5 second, 1-99 seconds, 1-99 minutes, 1-99 hours), which is suitable with various applications.

Easy test operation

Test operation of Air Knocker/Blaster can be done easily before setting the timer.
Just set the main switch to "Setting" position and push ENTER button

Easy setting of actuating cycle

Actuating cycle is easy to set after setting operation interval.
Minimum settable cycle is 1 and there is no upper limit.
The remaining number of actuation cycle is also to be displayed.

2 solenoid valves can be operated simultaneously

Up to 2 solenoid valves can be operated simultaneously, which is helpful for the site where
operates multiple number of Air Knocker or Blaster in a concentrated manner in one site
(please use the solenoid valve recommended by EXEN).

Standard/Alternation operation is switchable

Switch to "Standard" when use 3-way solenoid valve.
To operate the air knocker in 2 separate lines with 5-way solenoid valve, switch to "Alternation".

Protection level IP65

Protection level of KSE1 is IP65, which allows to install even under dusty location.
For outdoor installation, please put KSE1 in a box having waterproof structure.

Operatable with external signal

It allows air knocker/blaster to be controlled automatically or under remote by connecting
external signal from hopper valve or transportation line to external contact terminal
(non-voltage contact) located in the control panel.

Unlimited operation

By setting operation interval with timer and selecting actuating cycle as unlimited,
air knocker/blaster will keep operating while receiving an external signal.

KSE1 control panel is a timer control panel which is dedicated with EXEN air knocker and air blaster. The operation of KSE1 is confirmed by the solenoid valve in the above table. Please make sure to use the solenoid valve shown in the above table.
Malfunction of KSE1 with using a solenoid valve other than above chart is not covered by the warranty.
