This product is used for the following applications:
- Vibrator maintenance
Winding-up after the repairs and cleaning of internal vibrators is manually conducted. For the EHR50 (hose windup machine), this winding-up has been mechanized. This machine is designed to increase work efficiency, conduct equal winding-up, and alleviate the workload. The source of power is a single-phase 100V gear motor (with brakes). Pressing the foot switch causes winding-up, while releasing it activates the brakes, stopping the machine immediately. Safety is thereby ensured. After the winding-up, you can push down the slide knob to detach the vibrator easily from the winding-up panel.

The machine is powered with a single commercially available 9 V manganese cell. This frequency meter / tachometer can be used without an external power supply.
