A kit of various service instruments for high-frequency vibrators suited for worksites

Winding-up after the repairs and cleaning of internal vibrators is manually conducted. For the EHR50 (hose windup machine), this winding-up has been mechanized. This machine is designed to increase work efficiency, conduct equal winding-up, and alleviate the workload. The source of power is a single-phase 100V gear motor (with brakes). Pressing the foot switch causes winding-up, while releasing it activates the brakes, stopping the machine immediately. Safety is thereby ensured. After the winding-up, you can push down the slide knob to detach the vibrator easily from the winding-up panel.
