Baby flexible vibrator
Baby flexible vibrator
Aluminum die-cast double-insulated, double-damped safe vibrator
This product is used for the following applications:
- Concrete placement in general
- Test piece manufacturing
The baby flexible vibrator is small and lightweight. Unlike the electrode type, the motor is connected to the vibrating unit by a rubber flexible hose. Even if the hose is bent somewhat during concreting, it can still remain useful. This flexible concrete vibrator (inner vibrator) can be used in a wide range of applications, including mainly residential foundation works, manufacturing of secondary products and test pieces, masonry, and the construction of retaining walls. This handy vibrator is easy to use on a wide range of worksites because it employs a robust aluminum die-cast double-insulated sealed motor, is lightweight, and comes in a wide range of models.
Lightweight baby flexible vibrators weigh about 5 to 8 kilograms on a standard basis. They are also capable of moving flexibly from place to place, resulting in user-friendliness. Also various are hose lengths and vibrating unit diameters. You can use them to meet your particular worksite environments, resulting in high ease of operation.
Handy baby flexible vibrators are equipped standard with flexible hoses 0.6, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 m. Hose lengths can be selected according to the particular concreting condition on a specific worksite, resulting in convenient use. The motor, on the other hand, can be shared among different models, which makes it possible to replace parts of different lengths.
The handy held vibrator series of motor cases are made of lightweight, strong die-cast aluminum. Robustly designed to meet the particular worksite operating conditions, these vibrators can be used with peace of mind.
When the vibrating body or flexible hose gets worn, you can replace it easily. To replace it, you have only to loosen the hose gland (right-hand screw) that fastens the vibrating body flexible hose to the motor, and remove the screws (right-hand screws) of the flexible shaft and motor. (In installing or detaching the hose gland, hammer it lightly.)
The handy held series of motor cases are safe, user-friendly motors with a robust die-cast aluminum body having a double-insulated structure requiring no grounding. The armature shaft is insulated from the winding core by using resin, and the motor case is insulated from the field core by using resin, thereby ensuring double insulation. That insulation is further reinforced by a resin cover on the inner lead wires.
On worksites with handy held vibrators, concrete mortar adherents close up much of the air suction and exhaust ports of the motor. Removal of hardened mortar is also hard to perform. The suction port cover and bearing case are therefore coated with fluororesin to enable the concrete to be easily cleaned, resulting in higher maintainability.
E motors employed in the handy held vibrator series are each equipped with four small rubber dampers on the handheld handle and the motor frame. The result is that the handy baby flexible series are attenuated in vibration in the flexible hose, while the handy hard shaft, handy punch, handy scraper, handy wall-concreting, and handy tamper series are of a double-damped structure together with the rubber dampers on the motor and the vibrating unit mounts. These are therefore designed to be easy on the workers' hands.
The handy held vibrator series of vibrators control motor noise, thereby being easy on the worksite environment. The exhaust sound from the cooling fin of the series of motors running fast is controlled as far as possible by specially shaping the cooling fin and exhaust port.(5 dB down from our earlier models)
On worksites with handy held vibrators in severe dusty operating environments, it is also much feared that some fine aggregate from the dry concrete mortar may go into the motor. The suction port of the motor is therefore equipped with a dual filter. The filter is employed to minimize the incidence of the motor from accidentally being locked in revolution due to the ingress of small pebbles or something similar.
The motor is equipped with a shutoff brush to protect against burns. The motor is prevented from burns by employing a structure that stops the motor by shutting down the power before the brush completely reaches its wear limit in order to prevent imperfect contact with the armature and scratches in the commutator due to brush wear.
