Iris Valve is a manual valve designed for flow control and discharge of powders and bulk materials. It can be installed on hopper outlets, pipelines, and bulk bag discharge outlets.

An optional EPV25 piston vibrator can be installed to help dislodge powder and bulk materials that have adhered to or accumulated around the sleeve valve.
* An optional mounting base is required for EPV25 installation.
* This mechanism is not intended to remove material adhered inside the hopper or piping.
* This discharge aid is designed to assist material flow and does not guarantee complete discharge.
Dedicated Gasket for Bolt Size Adjustment
To ensure proper alignment when adapting from the JIS flange bolt size (8-M16) to the valve bolt size (8-M8), a dedicated M8 gasket is included as standard. An optional M8 bolt collar is also available for converting M16 mounting holes to M8 bolts.
* When connecting to a standard JIS 5K flange, the use of the optional bolt collar is recommended, as the flange hole size differs from the bolt size used for installation.
Stainless-Steel Safety Flange for Sleeve Valve Retention
EIV100A is equipped with a stainless-steel safety flange as standard, enabling safe operation even when no discharge piping is connected.
Discharge-side support base for stable operation
An optional stainless-steel discharge-side support base is available to prevent interference between the sleeve valve and discharge piping.
* Use the dedicated gasket when connecting piping (one gasket is included as standard; an additional gasket is required for piping connections to both the upper and lower flanges).
* Any piping extensions and required pipe-end modifications must be carried out by the customer.
