At the present time, the standard about the vibrator of Japan has "JISA8610 poker style concrete vibrator", "JISA8611 concrete mold vibrator. It is standardized that more than 50Hz (3,000v.p.m) is mold vibrator and more than 133.3Hz (8,000v.p.m) is poker vibrator.
Moreover, although ISO-ization is also advancing, since the product performs far exceeding this is supplied by first-class vibrator makers, here we summarize why "high frequency vibrator" became the product mainly used now.

In the past, revolution speed of a small gasoline engine was accelerated by a v-belt (type E-MF) or a pendulum vibrator with 3-4 rebounding movements per rotation was driven a heavy 2-pole induction motor (type HVP) to obtain the high frequency. Today, frequency conversion equipment that changes a commercial power supply into high frequency and a vibrator that build a special motor in head has been developed.

The voltage between the power supply and the vibrator is suppressed to 48 volt.
