Vibration motor (external vibrator) is the machine which generates powerful centrifugal force vibration by rotation of eccentric weights attached in the rotor axis both ends. This machine is mainly used as blockade prevention equipment of bulk material, or prime mover of table vibrator. This resonates bulk material which caused adhesion and clogging up, and gives relief effect. Because this is the single phase AC 100V induction motor, it is easy to take a power supply. This is totally closed splash proof structure and is the convenient vibration motor which can be installed at all directions and angles. Also, the maintenance cost is cheap and the durability is high.

Operation is available at commercial power

If there is an AC100V single phase power supply, it can be easily applied for blockade prevention of tank, hopper, and chute, stored the bulk material, and the stagnation improvement of production line.

Outdoor use is possible by the waterproof structure

Safe use on the outdoors is possible by the totally closed splash proof structure of the protection grade IP66. The protection grade IP indication IP (International Protection) is the foreign substance invasion protection grade of electric apparatus or cabinet to the solid foreign substance and water which were specified by the IEC standard 529. IP6 (first symbol) 6 (second symbol) 6 of the first symbol: Protection to human body and solid foreign substance. As for the grade of protection, a particulate does not trespass upon an inside. The second symbol 6 is protection to permeation of water. The grade of protection does not receive harmful influence by either billow or strong direct jet stream of water from any directions.

Attachment of fall prevention wire is possible

Prepared fall prevention wire which prevents fall of the vibration motor in the case of the emergency removal and/or fracture of the attachment bolt as the option.

Amplitude adjustment

Adjustment of centrifugal force is possible by angle adjustment of the adjustable weights (sector eccentric weight) which attached on both sides of the vibration. Adjustment of amplitude can be made simultaneously. They are set up according to the form and weight of the object.

Various applications

Though generally this is used for blockade prevention of bulk material, this is also applicable to vibration sorting, vibration conveyance, vibration filling, etc., if the application is adapted.
