EKM-4P series generates a powerful centrifugal force vibration by rotation of eccentric weights of the both end of rotor shaft. It resonates the granular material which adhered or was blocked, and gives it the softening effect. Especially this 4P series is suitable for supply/transportation machinery (feeder) of a product, parts, a material, etc. And this has totally closed water drip resist structure and is able to be attached in all directions and angles. Also, the maintenance cost of this is inexpensive and excellent in durability.
This series has 4 models: EKM25-4P, EKM40-4P, EKM60-4P, and EKM85-4P. It has also one of the features to have changed with the installation pitch of KM-4P series of the conventional model.

Market standard installation bolting pitch

This adopted the installation pitch and bolt size which are used generally in the market. * There is no installation compatibility with our KM-4P series of the conventional model. * Please refer to the "product dimensions" here regarding the installation pitch and bolt size.

Compact and light weight

Compared with KM-4P series of the equivalent model, it has improved to the small and light weight. It corresponds also to the narrow space where installation was not completed till now.

Amplitude can be checked with the scale label

The scale label on the terminal case of the motor is a standard accessory. The vibration state at the time of operation and the abnormalities by resonance of vibration facilities can be checked by this, and it is useful for daily maintenance. (* chart shows total amplitude of 3mm)

Waterproof structure equivalent to IP66 enables use on the outdoors

Since this has adopted waterproof structure equivalent to the protection grade IP 66, it can be used outdoors safely. A protection grade IP indication (International Protection) is a indication specified by the IEC standard 529. This is the protection grade of electric apparatus or cabinets to a solid foreign substance or water. IP6 (first sign) 6 (second sign) 6 of the first sign is protection to a human body and a solid foreign substance. As for the grade of protection, "a particulate does not trespass upon an inside." The second sign 6 is protection to permeation of water. As for the grade of protection, "it does not receive harmful influence from the direct jet stream of the strong water a billow or from all directions."

Frequency can be adjusted by using the general-purpose inverter of 3 phase output 200V. According to the application of vibration, and the purpose, the speed and sorting capability of vibration transportation can be improved, or proper frequency, such as avoiding of the resonance to surrounding equipment etc. and guarantee of work environment, can be selected.

Easy adjustment of centrifugal force or amplitude

Change of centrifugal force and adjustment of amplitude are done by angle adjustment of the adjustable weights (sector weight) with which equipped on right and left of the vibrating motor. These are set up according to the configuration and weight of the subject.

Fall prevention wire

This motor has equipped the fall prevention wire attachment as standard in order to prevent falling in the case an unexpected fall or breakage of the fix bolts. * The fall prevention wire is an optional.
