EKE5000 controls the operation interval of pneumatic blockade prevention equipments such as Relay knocker, Mini Mini Blaster, and Soft Disk Blaster. This is an indoor/outdoor use control panel which equips an solenoid valve and enables operation by two lines, A and B.(Protection grade IP44 waterdrop proof)

Corresponds to the voltage of single phase AC100V - 240V without transformer. Output is the same voltage as the input (Input DC24V is build to order.)

Easy time setup of the timer

Open the cover and change the time setup (second, minute, hour ) of the timer. 0.5 second, 1 - 99 seconds, 1- 99 minutes, and 1 - 99 hours can change easily.

Setup of the number of times of operation is also easy.

Setup of the number of times of operation can also be made easy after setup of operation interval time.Predetermined number can be set up to 1 - 99 times / infinity. The remaining number of times of operation is indicated until it ends from the start.

The switching of "standard" and "alternation" can be made.

When use a port solenoid valve and dividing knockers into two lines, sets up "alternation" and make mutual operation of the two lines of A and B. Only using A lines, when a timer set period is long, please set it as a "standard." Timer setup at the time of delivery is "alternation."

(Up to 10 knockers per line can be used at the time of relay piping - not concerned with knocker size).

The protection grade (IP44) water drip proof, dustproof structure allows its outdoor use.

External signal operation.

Automatic control (remote control) of knocker is made by connecting a hopper switching valve signal or conveyance line signal to the external contact (non-voltage point of contact) of the control panel.

Conbination of limitless setup and external

After setting up the operation interval of the timer, if the number of times of operation is set up "infinitely", while the control panel has received the external signal, knocker will continue operating.

Easy test run.

Before setting up the timer, test run of the installed knocker and blaster can be made by put the power switch into "setup" and press the "ENTER".
