Blaster control panel enables to inject automatically according to injection cycle and could inject by receiving external signal from non-voltage contact. Automatic type with its select switch could change automatic or manual and latter one could make single-shot inject. Various blaster series could be selected as below: blaster unit, indoor or outdoor type, input power of 100V/200V, changeover type of automatic or manual, exclusive manual. We also manufacture custom-made panel.

On-site manual type simple Blaster control panel (BCM)

BCM (manual type) is simplified control panel which has Blaster injection only with a button, required according to material blockage.

Manual / automatic composition type Blaster control panel (BCA)

For BCA, it is possible to chose Manual (machine side) or automatic (remote) operation according to its blockage by a select switch. The Blaster injection is possible for a manual operation by machine side only pushing a button. An automatic operation is made by setting up an injection cycle of individual ON and OFF-timer.

Enable 1 cycle/recycle operation (BCA type)

According to its blockage circumstances, BCA type can choose manual or automatic (1cycle / recycling (loop formation)), by a select switch.

Enable for external operation (BCA type)

Using external junction (non-voltage contact), it enables to operate indirectly.

Enable to control freely according to made-to-order

Various combination of Blasters are possible in made-to-order. Also, they can correspond in explosion protected area by pouring N2(Nitrogen)specification.
