This is the external vibrator which generates powerful vibration with the small light weight, and can utilize broadly area of vibaration even for large-sized concrete precast products, such as a box culvert, a concrete segment, L-shape drainage, and PC board to small precast products for agriculture or road use. This is also suitable for double concrete lining placement of subway tunnel shield, etc. Especially small HKM30LF (S) was developed as a model suitable for the improvement in surface finish for the super-plastisizer concrete.

Though attachment is easy system with one bolt, the stable vibration transfer and low noise operation without resonance are possible.

Sealing structure

Since motors sealing nature is high, steam curing is possible together with mold.

Low noise operation is available by adjustment of centrifugal force

Low noise operation is possible with the centrifugal force adjustment by eccentric weight adjustment of motor combined use with variablespeed high frequency inverter.

Frequency conversion is possible by use with inverter

By use of high frequency inverter (with frequency adjustment function), setup of frequency is possible according to the size of product and form. With selection of frequency and centrifugal force of the vibration motor, supply vibration which is different in placing and finish respectively, and low noise operation without resonance with mold is available.

Common base

Base for HKM30LF, HKM55LF and HKM75LF. Since the base is common use base in which all of the 3 models are attached, exchange of the 3 models of motor can be made simply.
