The converter for dams is developed as an exclusive power supply of the vibrator for concrete placement of dam construction and erosion control dam. It is the high frequency power supply only for vibrator of mighty centrifugal force. The output from a converter can be used for the imput of Distribution Box(HIB-BS).

The frequency at the time of dam placement is understood that about 117-133Hz is desirable on conslidation actual results etc. As a power supply, two kinds of inputs, commercial 3φ200V50Hz and 60Hz, must be chosen. It changes into an output (3φ200V120Hz or 125Hz), and the frequency of vibrator can maintain the optimal operation on conslidation.

The output stabilized also under the severe situation

The stable output will be supplied if input side 3φ voltage is in the change within the limits which are 180-220V, or a momentary electrical overload state.

The protection function by breaker built-in(HIB-BS)

The six-piece internal breaker have built in for every branch for the protection at the time of the electrical overload under high frequency vibrator placement.

Continuation operation is possible to three sets

In the case of concurrent use,for 3sets of HIB130,for 4sets of HIB100.

With a plug cover (HIB-BS)

The plug cover is equipped standardly as dustproof at the time of storage.
