An aluminum（ERC12CB）and a ductile cast iron( ERC12B-14B) are adopted as each chassis , high-precision processing is added , raise in rigidity and low center of gravity are attained.

An aluminium casting (12CB type) and a ductile cast iron (12B-20DSB type) are adopted as the most important chassis supporting a car body, high-precision processing is added, raise in rigidity and low center-of-gravity are attained, and the stable operativity and the outstanding cutting engine performance are realized.

An environment-friendly engine

The Robin EX series (OHC/EPA phase2, CARB TierII correspondence) of environment-friendly emission gas self-imposed control engine was carried. It is the stable cutting performance.

Durability and rust resistance are pursued

Stainless steel (SUS) is adopted as main parts, such as a blade case, a belt cover, a tank holder, and a handle, and durability, and rust resistance are pursued.

Safety is further improved by the conventional model contrast

The switch which suspends engine by a worker's hand is equipped standardly. The switch of the main part of engine was dangerous in order that a worker might approach a blade. In addition to the conventional position, also at hand, we equipped the stop switch for this improvement. In addition, safety was improved further, such as making it the structure where a hand does not go into a belt cover part.

A mass water tank is carried (With a punching plate water inlet)

It is strong and the durable polyethylene tank is carried. There are no worries about rusting. A punching plate serves as a filter. There is a plug hole of a hose and water supply is easy. (All models) Since the water which remained in the tank has also equipped the drain valve as standard, it can throw away easily. (expect 12CB)

3VX belt introduction

3VX belt (with the cog) is adopted as all models. The belt wear out and the rotation loss were reduced.

Mounting of a blade is easy

Since a diamond blade case is one-touch attachment structure. （ERC12B～ERC14B） ERC12CB has structure which the blade case side opens.

(Notes)The number of concrete saw form is the inch display of a blade,is the maximum size which can be attached.

(Ex) ERC12CB=12 inch, ERC14DB = 14 inches blade can be attached. It is unified by 27mm of braid shaft holes. (all model)

Cooling efficiency is improving

The centrifugal force radiation system by which cooling water spreads round the whole blade is used for a blade holder. The cooling effect is raised and performance of cutting and improvement in a blade life are aimed at. (expect 12CB)

Engine throttle-lever standard equipment

The throttle lever which can adjust engine rotation with a hand is equipped standardly. (expect 12CB)
